About me

Dr. Beth Bailey currently serves as an online instructor in the College of Innovation and Design at Texas A&M University-Commerce. She earned a BS in Management, MS in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University, and PhD in Applied Training and Technology Development from the University of North Texas. She served as a director of training and instructional design for a couple of large corporations, where she gained vast including the development of SAP training for employees at 30 distribution warehouses, the transformation of onboarding experiences for new employees, the development of a mentoring program for existing employees, and the building of a learner-centered, performance support system.
