Please reserve September 25-27, 2024, on your calendars to attend Open Texas 2024. The conference will once again be fully online and free to attend.

The conference theme will be “Global Horizons of Open Education: The View from Texas.” Stay tuned for more information and a Call for Proposals.

About Open Texas 2024

The 2024 Open Texas conference is jointly organized by Texas Digital Library (TDL) and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), to convene faculty, librarians, administrators, and other open education practitioners, researchers, and advocates in Texas.

Dr. Tonja Conerly, Distinguished Professor of Sociology, San Jacinto College, and Niki Whiteside, Vice Chancellor for Instructional Innovation & Support, San Jacinto College, serve as Co-Chairs for Open Texas 2024.
