I believe in sustainabilty of resources, as a science teacher, This ethic includes equity, diversity, and inclusiveness of educational resources. Consequently, I think we need to incorporate the student voice in culturally diverse content and culturally responsive pedagogy.

Hello Dan, thank you for the kind words. As an academic lirbarian, I get a lot of my EDI inforaiton and protocol from the American Library Assocation >> Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion | Advocacy, Legislation & Issues (ala.org)
As a librairan we help to ensure there is EDI in collection development, staffing, teaching library resoruces and services.
