Who can I contact about a pending publishing?

Hello,

My moss life cycle lab is still pending publishing. Based on Liz's suggestion, I removed an embedded video in case that was the problem. However, it is still pending.

I have not heard back from anyone on what corrections I can make so this can be published. I even reached out to support, but still heard nothing.

Does anyone have a contact in that department that I could reach out to?

Hi Scarlet:Thank you for your message. I wasn't sure if the video had open licensing. It can take a week or so for items to be reviewed and approved in the repository, as each resource has to be reviewed.

Ok - thank you Liz! I appreciate your feedback during the meeting & also your reply here.

I am concerned because I had a previous experience where I never heard back for a month & finally just deleted the resource.
