This volume contains the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and forms as amended to December 1, 2011. These rules govern the federal appellate circuit courts. They are promulgated by the Supreme Court of the United States under the authority of Title 28 of the United States Code and appear in the Appendix to Title 28 of the United State Code.
